The 50/50 Winner:

Terry Tipton $21 When the raffle amount goes above $500 these are the rules:
At each WGT Meeting a 50/50 Raffle is presented to members who wish to participate.
The proceeds are split between the winning ticket holder and the remaining 50% is
put into the Attendance Raffle Jackpot. At the end of the meeting after the 50/50
drawing the Attendance drawing is made from the current member list.
If that member is present they win the jackpot.
If they are not present the jackpot remains and will be added to at the next meeting
from half of the 50/50 proceeds.
When the jackpot reaches $500.00 we will have the regular Attendance raffle and if no one wins we will have a second raffle and it will only be for the members at that current meeting and we will draw until some wins. Example, if the jackpot is $500.00 and no one wins the first raffle we will split the jackpot in half and have a raffle with 2 winners each receiving $250.00 and draw until 2 members at that meeting wins. This split will only happen when the raffle reaches over $500.00. Hope everyone likes this idea!" -Bruce Bury, Woodward GTO Tigers Treasurer. |
