Woodward Dream Cruise Weekend!

Registration: This is "checking in" show cars. This entails going over registration paperwork and determining/verifying their show class.
Need: 
8 people for 9:30 am - Noon

Parking: After the show cars go through registration, people who work parking direct the show cars to their appropriate spots.
Need:
4 people for 9:30 am - Noon

Swap Meet: This entails collecting money from the vendors who did not pre-register and directing them to their correct spot(s). You would also assist them with any questions they may have.
Need:
2 people for 9:00 am - Noon 

Club Table: This consists of selling club merchandise at the club table.
Need: 
8 people for 10:00 am - Noon

Balloting: This consists of counting the popular vote ballots to determine the winners.
Need: 
4 people for 9:30 am - Noon

50/50 Raffle: This consists of selling 50/50 tickets during the show.
Need: 
1 person for 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
1 person for 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm

"Gophers": People to "help out where they can".
Need: 
1 person for 9:00 am - Noon
1 person for Noon - 2:00 pm

Saturday Dream Cruise Parking: Manning the entrance making sure that everyone coming in has a parking pass.
Need: 
1 person for 8:00 am to 9:00 am
1 person for 9:00 am to 10:00 am
1 person for 11:00 am to Noon
1 person for Noon to ???
