It's Show Time! 

     I would like to start out with thanking all of our long time sponsors… Performance Years (www.performanceyears.com), Pypes (www.pypesexhaust.com), Bob Sellers Pontiac (www.bobsellers.com), Schornack Racing (www.schornackracing.com) and last, but most definitely not least… Cruiz’n Collectables (586-285-CARS). Without our sponsors, we could not afford to throw our show each year! I would like to send a special “Thank You” to Milt Schornack for sponsoring the Best of Show, Altered / Restored award. A very special “Thank You” to Bill & Rita Schultz of Cruiz’n Collectables for not only sponsoring the Best of Show, Original / Restored award, but also for creating the artwork for this year’s (and many others) show shirts and awards. Great job Bill!

     There are a lot of volunteers that deserve recognition, but most importantly, I would like to thank Ken & Kim Stahovec. Ken was the Show Chairman… He was the one responsible for making the event happen. If throwing a show this size isn’t menacing enough, Ken had other obstacles to overcome. Ken was literally hit by a Ford Explorer over the winter and taken out of commission for a few weeks. Despite nearly being killed (seriously), during his home rest time, Ken was making calls and sending emails getting the show put in order. Per the old saying, “Behind every great man is a great woman…”, special thanks goes out to Ken’s wife Kim for all of the support that she has shown him and all of the hard work that she put in herself. Thanks again Ken & Kim!

Finally, I would like to thank the GTO Association of America (www.gtoaa.org), our parent organization for all of its support over the years. Not only have they supported us, but they named us Chapter of the Year for 2005.

     For those of you who attended the show… Thank You! We hope that you had fun and will come back again next year. For those of you who couldn’t make it this year, we hope you try to make it next year!
